The Story So Far...
In the last Great War, Nolasca was divided into three separate lands, each with it's own kingdom. The original King, Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander, stepped down and gave his rule to each of his three children. Every one of them birthed by a different mother and all retaining their mother’s name. Barinthus Hamilton, Octavius Hallow, and Nicci Laurell Rahl.
The three kingdoms were named and given to each new ruler. Siobion, by far the largest was passed to Barinthus. Kryte went to Octavius, and the daughter, Nicci, received the smallest bit of land. Barinthus was strong and just as his father had been; his brother Octavius mended Kryte into the trade capital of the world, and Nicci, who had never been good or just, cared only to put her small land at the top, and thus became silently bent on war.
Over the years, Barinthus gave way to his own daughter Lauren Hamilton, but the other two anciently old siblings still ruled their kingdoms. Both Nicci and Octavius plotted in secrecy to gain more power, however, before Octavius’s secret goal could be realized or achieved, the Queen of D'Hara marched unexpectedly into Kryte with one of her three daughters and together they destroyed The King Of Kryte, replacing him with Nicci’s Daughter; Alarice Rahl.
While the New Queen of Kryte was being introduced to the world and turning out to be every bit as sadistic as her mother, Lauren Hamilton was reaching out for allies in case the newly made alliance between Kryte and D’Hara decided to turn on Siobion. During Lady Hamilton’s ally missions she came across bloodlines in the Unseelie Court of Faerie, one of the oldest magical courts in the world.
It was through these ties that a most startling discovery was formed. The Queen Of Siobion was the last heir to the throne of the Unseelie Court. This made Lady Hamilton a Queen for two different kingdoms, and although it provided her with new allies, it also put her at constant war with the opposing Faerie Court: The Seelies. Lauren then made the announcement that her eldest daughter; Samantha Ashton-Hamilton would be the heir of the Unseelie Court, while her second daughter; Amaya Ashton-Hamilton would be the heir of Siobion. It is rumored that the new power backing Siobion caused Nicci Rahl to retreat into hiding until a better time to strike could be made, however this left the throne of D’Hara empty for a brief time, and brought the kingdom into chaos.
A particularly powerful vampire caught wind of the happenings; Sabrina-Mae Carrigan took the throne with simple democracy and very little flexing of power. D’Hara just wasn’t stable enough to oppose her, and so she swept through the country with ease, and brought D’Hara from chaos to a calm in days. It is still uncertain what her plans for D’Hara are, and what alliances she may make. Lady Carrigan’s only publicly addressed announcement was that her adopted son, Dorian Khanh I'Dorcha, was to be named Crown Prince of D’Hara.
Though Dorian stayed away from D’Haran matters, it was well known that something was very off with him, and though he was adopted, the relationship he held with his mother was questionable, and speculation spread across D’Hara. Though he had no connection to the Rahl line, many feared he would turn into another Nicci or Alarice. Matters weren’t helped when Dorian began his quest for The Seven Banes of Forgurn in hopes to unleash “The Nameless.” A great mass of power that had been lost to Nolasca after the Last Great War.
While the Quest took off, and as D’Hara recovered from the loss of it’s previous Queen, Kryte was becoming quickly unstable. The pressure of being Queen was slowly driving Alarice to breaking point, and without her mother around to direct her, and feed her power, Alarice soon began falling apart, which resulted in Kryte falling apart. During a grand ball held for the return of the second daughter to Lauren Hamilton, Alarice left the affair with her slave; Shrike to a more secluded area. The mostly unnoticed get-away caught Dorian’s attention, and he pursued them
It was uncertain was took place behind the closed walls, but a few things were rumored there after. Alarice was expecting, and Shrike was the father. These rumors could be proved nor disapproved, seeing as after that night, Queen Alarice of Kryte was never heard from again. It is unknown if she is alive or otherwise.

Siobion
The Midnight Court (9 sub-boards) The Faerie Mound of the Midnight Court. This is the home of The Midnight Queen, Lauren Hamilton; the ruler of Siobion and those that are loyal to her. The mound changes at the whim of The Queen. From the outside, it looks like a regular hill, but once one enters, there is a vast underground labyrinth of corridors and mazes. Deep within the mound is the Queen's throne room and various other places where she and those of her court can amuse themselves to their heart's content.
But with the beauty of the Midnight Court, there is also the danger. You never know whom you can trust. Moderator: Lauren Hamilton™
Hicorii (3 sub-boards) This place could be considered the most man made city in all Siobion, though the Sithen is in the mainlands, Hicorii is near the peninsula about a day's walk from the fishing villages. Despite the distances, Hicorii receives goods from all over Nolasca. Inns, taverns, theaters, upscale Markets, as well as other curious local haunts can be found here. The people of Hicorii are mistrustful, treating newcomers as thieves, but there are those who welcome midnight strangers into their homes, hoping for a coin or two of thanks. Moderator: Lauren Hamilton™
Kaln (4 sub-boards) This is the frozen northland of Siobion. Here the wilderness is bleak and cold. There are seemingly endless miles of tundra, and a small range of of snowy mountains. The terrain gives way to hidden villages inside the sides of the small mountains in into the caves. Dwarves are common here. Before the mountains there is a giant sea of ice hiding all sorts of unknown dangers. Moderator: Lauren Hamilton™
Peloi (6 sub-boards) The mighty central backbone of Siobion. It's the pride of Nolasca, full of true magic and watched over by the older beings of the world. Peloi has the largest moutain range in Siobion, the mountains are snowcapped, but flowing over them is rich forest that gives way to rocky edges for waterfalls, and hidden springs. At the base of the mountains the forest extends and eventually the trees become sparse leaving far outstretched grasslands. Many have been lost in the great forest of Peloi, and some make it their home. Tready lightly and be wary of the moon. This is hunting grounds for all sorts of large predators. Moderator: Lauren Hamilton™
Tamul (3 sub-boards) The southern most tip of Siobion. Pure white beaches beckon, beautiful crystal clear waters dance and play against the shoreline. Palm trees sway in the ever present breeze. This is a perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life to kick back and relax for a day, a week or even longer. The choice is yours and the possibilites are endless. Beautiful upscale Inns line the shoreline of only a small portion of Tamul. The rest of the beaches are very secluded and offer all kinds of wonderful, wicked possibilites. Tamul is run by escaped slaves and pirates, though besides trying to swashbuckle their way into your coin pouch, they are very friendly. Almost too friendly. Stumble upon their secrets and they'll read you the last rites and cut you down where you stand. This is where the largest markets in Siobion are as all major trade is done by Sea.
Castle In The Sky (1 sub-board) The Castle of Alarice Rahl and the Royal Court was suspended miles high over the Kingdom of Kryte. The magic of enslaved elemental demons keeps it floating steadily. All of Kryte looks up to the ivory castle floating in a ring of clouds. If those demons were killed, the castle would fall immediately. The finest Krytan warriors, and some D'Haran guards, protect them from harm. Some feel safe, and others fear the lack of privacy. The Water Bowl lets Queen Alarice see all
It appears that you may trust your Queen, but she has built Kryte into the largest trading and mixed race center in all of Nolasca. Does she have secret motives? Moderator: Alarice Rahl

Proxima Centauri (3 sub-boards) The shining star of Nolasca. This is the center of Kryte. Where magic combines with technology. AirBirds zoom off ground, keeping flight with small magic crystals, and fluttering wings. Shops and Stores, Taverns and Inns. More and more to see each day. This is perhaps the most bizarre place to live in all of Nolasca. Many races from Nolasca and other worlds live here giving this place a touch of life that isn't seen anywhere else.
As with any city, there are people you can trust, and people you can't, though in Proxima Centauri the bad guys are good at pretending to be, well...good. Keep an eye out. Moderator: Alarice Rahl
Kimi Jukai (5 sub-boards) A land of oriental tastes that differ greatly from the rest of Kryte. It is a region of cultural blendings and mixed settings. Here, some of the highest modern advances take place here, and yet there is a serene lifestyle to be found among the streets of Kimi Jukai. This land is actually an island off the tip of Kryte, and the people there are secretive in their arts. Moderator: Alarice Rahl

The Luminous Sea Ports (3 sub-boards) This is the main area for sea trading across Kryte. Much of Kryte's power comes from the resourcefulness of Alarice Rahl, the Omnipotent One. He uses it to send three quarters of all trade items circulating amongst the two other countries- almost making Kryte beneficial to the other countries rather than a threat. However, Alarice has used this vast coastal area to make the strongest water defense and offense in the world. Water Lords, beasts, pirates, and sea hags gladly serve at Alarice's side.
There are villages all along the coast. However, the sea is a strong force and has given the people a weathered appearance, and a general rough-around-the-edges persona.
The Palace of D'Hara (4 sub-boards) The Palace of D'Hara is the home of Queen Sabrina-Mae Carrigan. This Palace, or at least most of it, is open to just about anyone deemed of alliance. The palace itself is alive and takes on the markings of each new ruler. For now it is crafted from a pure white marble that never stains, and is surrounded by the most elegant statues and carvings of Nolasca's Golden age. Besides the Sithen of Siobion, and the Floating Castle of Kryte, The Palace of D'Hara is indeed a wonder to behold. Moderator: Sabrina-Mae Carrigan

Agaden Reach (3 sub-boards) In the outer regions of the Agaden Reach, the woods are thick and dark and the trees big and close together. The trail becomes rocky and hard to walk over. The further in one gets, the less traveled the trail is as it begins to disappear into the thick forest. Calls of strange birds echo from the murk. Eventually, the trail starts climbing up steep switchbacks, and soon comes out of the trees, onto an open trail across the rock, climbing steadily toward the jagged, snow-covered peaks. Skirting the bottom of the snowcaps, the path leads over the bottom fringes of the snow, which is wet, heavy, and hard to walk through. Unless one knows the way through the pass, it can take days to make it over the peaks (instead of less than a day). Cold wind whips through the gaps in the rocks, pulling away long thin clouds of travelers' breath in the frigid air.

The Fable Lands
Belus Ash (3 sub-boards) This is a shadow land. A dream land. No one is ever sure how they get here, and not everyone gets out. The land itself may help you if it feels as though you're worthy. The air is cold and damp as and clings to your body like a second skin. Slowly it will drain the warmth of happiness from you.
There are those who have made their living here, but they have evolved over time, no longer the race they began as. They have become blind, while their ears have lengthened terribly. Their hands are claws and they hunt those who are lost in this shadow of mist. They are named The Dangu. The Soulless. Moderator: Thê Fàtês

Bestia Somnium (4 sub-boards) Bestia Somnium is a spirit plane. Any living being that enters here takes on the form of a single unmagical animal. You can only take the shape of one animal, which is created from the depths of your soul, soul being keyword. Without one…you fade to nothing and can never return. Once you are in Bestia Somnium you cannot shift back to your normal form until you leave. The land here is dream-like and changes to accommodate any sort of animal. You still have your regular thought-process, but you are in whatever animal form your soul creates, and once it is created, it cannot change. Only children can change animals, for this reflects the ever-changing nature of children. Moderator: Thê Fàtês
